About Me

I am grateful to serve as Principal of St. Mary Magdalen School (SMM) in Wilmington, DE. I am a proud product of Catholic education from grade school through college and have been a teacher and administrator in Catholic schools for over a decade. Most recently, I have worked in the advancement field in the area of fundraising and alumni development.

This blog serves as another avenue of communication with parents, faculty, and anyone interested in Catholic education as a whole. While my posts may be rooted in the lived experiences of our student body, my hope is that there will be a universal message of personal care and academic innovation throughout.

I entitled it “Magdalen Musings” to reflect the way our faith and school inspires me to ponder, wonder, reflect…to muse about those matters that inspire my work as an administrator, parent, son, and brother, among other relationships. I invite you to muse with me and thank you for visiting! I look forward to our continued dialogue on educating our young minds and hope to connect with as many people as possible! God bless.

On a personal note, My wife Anitza and I have been married for fifteen years and our two boys Gabriel and Daniel are students at SMM. I am truly blessed to see them every day in the hallways.

It’s a great day to be a Bulldog!
